Editorial: Not cool

Members of Richmond’s City Council have complained that the administration of Mayor Dwight Jones does not always keep them informed, that they occasionally learn of critical questions at the last minute. Council members also say the body’s president, Charles Samuels, did not keep them clued in regarding budget amendments. Changes were made without a public discussion. Link
